Bench Area From Back These are some solid benches, hand made, with love.

Machine (Product Beautification) Room Set up and ready. Some heavy duty equipment ready to modify and beautify.

Vacuum Forming Area Once plastic is ready, we form it to the model under vacuum for exact molding to our corrected model.
Shoe Modification Area S2000 Shoe Finisher "A large metallic green bean transformed into an all-in-one sanding and shoe finishing machine", says Alex. Kevin says "The best shoe finishing ever made. They quit making them in the ninties and they're very hard to find. I love this baby!!!"

Sewing and Bagging Area In this area, straps are sewn and the finished product is bagged. Seiko heavy duty sewing machine and Impulse Plastic Bag Sealer.

Rivet Station Since we use the anvil primarily for riveting we made him a matching rivet and riveting tool holder. More fun building stuff. Let's get to work!

Work Bench Area We build everything in-house and have all the tools (toys) to do so. We love our toys and know how to use them.

Plaster Model Modification Area-Elevated Steel Grate Floor Here, plaster models are sealed, poured and modified. A lot of magic happens in this room. "This is my favorite room to work" (Kevin). Plaster gets everywhere, so the elevated open floor controls the mess.

Infra-Red Oven for Heating Plastic. Our plastics are heated at between 350 and 400 degrees for the forming process.

Anvil and Riveting Station This is one of our most prized possessions. This is a 107 lb. Hay Buddin anvil made in 1907. We've spent a little time cleaning him up and he's standing proud on his hand made, custom fitted (by us) pedestal. We have truly enjoyed our countless hours fixin' this stud up! Looks good don't he?
Dust Collection, Vacuum, and Air Compression Room This room houses the main components which run our dust collection, vacuum, and compressed air systems.
